Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

Receives guest queries and disseminate information regarding Serena properties
To maintain inventory and ensure supply of all promotional and printed materials to Sales team as required from time to time
To maintain cardex system, inventory and catalogs of all photographic and pictorial material required from time to time
Maintain and update list of prospective for the purpose of direct mailing in consultation with Sales & Marketing team
Responsible for periodic mailing, greeting cards, mail shots and Sales promotion letters in coordination with Sales & Marketing
Responsible for launching advertising campaigns, to get involved with the artists, agencies, media etc.
Responsible for promoting brand image through social media.
Close monitoring of the social media.
Coordinate closely with:
a) Pakistan Tourism Development Corporation.
b) P1A and airlines.
c) Up country Hotels/Motels and Rest Houses
Launch marketing campaigns through social media to promote ongoing / upcoming sales/promotional activities as well as important events.
Responsible for recommending/ planning public relations activities and discuss the same with DS&M for finalization
Responsible for submitting monthly progress report for successful implementation of yearly P.R plan
Maintain positive liaison with local and National Newspapers personnel and also with the monthly publications of various magazines
Performs duties assigned by the Management from time to time.

Qualification

BBA (Hons)
MBA – Marketing
MSC in Hospitality Management
Post Graduate Diploma in Hotel Management
