The brand-new AC Hotel Würzburg is centrally located between the old town and the University Hospital, within walking distance of the main train station and the Residence of Würzburg. For our AC Hotel Würzburg, which opened in November 2021, we are looking for a highly motivated Banquet Coordinator (m/f/d) with a meaningful personality and hands-on mentality. The AC Hotel Würzburg has 168 rooms with timeless interior design, 6 multifunctional conference rooms, restaurant/bar and terrace that invites you to linger and a well-equipped Fitness Center.
Your Key Responsibilities…
You are the first point of contact on site for meetings and eventsYou organize the Mise en Place for the daily routinePre- and post-processing of the event rooms are in your area of responsibilityYou work according to function sheets and create the statementsYou support your team in their daily work and enjoy developing
What You’ll Bring…
You have professional experience in a similar role and are a passionate host You enjoy working with people and inspiring them You are enthusiastic about good food and drinks and like to discover new concepts You bring not only your skills, but also your characterGood German and English skills, spoken and written, as well as a confident handling of the most common computer systems
