THE POSITION:
We are looking for a passionate Human Resources Coordinator (m/f/d) for our central office in Frankfurt/Offenbach am Main.
In this responsible position, you will take on tasks in the HR & Admin area for our office and the 11 hotels in Germany.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervision of the employees of Odyssey Management GmbH
Close cooperation with the managers of the various hotels
Administrative tasks
Support in the recruitment of new employees as well as co-creation of employee retention initiatives
Project work on various HR-relevant topics
Participation in recruitment events
Processing of mail
Management of employee data in the HR system
Planning of events for our team in Offenbach
Job requirements
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
You should have experience with MS Office, especially Word and Excel
Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
Desire to try out new things and also to go unknown ways
Bringing in and implementing new ideas
Good manners and knowledge of human nature
Friendly, open nature with a sense of humor
