THE POSITION:

You can cook better than most, you want to spoil our guests every day and you are very familiar with the conditions and habits in a hotel kitchen. Well, then come and join us in Hamburg. For our dual-brand hotel (Moxy & Residence Inn) we are looking for chefs who approach their work with passion and fun.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Production and preparation of food
Daily inspection of storage rooms and cold stores for cleanliness and order
Independent management of the kitchen post
Responsible, careful handling of food and work equipment
Goods receipt and inspection, professional storage of goods, monthly inventory
Constant/daily quality control and quality assurance
Ensuring cleanliness and implementation of hygiene standards in the kitchen, cold stores and storage rooms

Have you already proven your talent in other hotels?
You are a natural all-rounder and have a desire for many different tasks
Even in stressful situations, you keep a cool head

You are very familiar with menus
