Job Description
Ibis Darling Harbour is seeking a talented Hotel Manager to raise the bar of hospitality, elevate guest satisfaction to new heights, and compose a masterpiece of unforgettable stays.
Management of the day to day operations with particular focus on Front Office and overseeing Housekeeping, Engineering and Food & Beverage onsite
Ensure Accor standards are maintained in the hotel, profitability is maximised and guest needs are met.
Functional overview of Sales & Marketing, Talent & Culture and Finance in liaison with the General Manager
Complete month end reporting on Rooms Division
Adherence to Emergency Communication procedures
Ensure compliance within all department of the Accor Internal Control Audit and External Audit requirements
Establish the Annual Business Plan and Financial Budget in conjunction with the General Manager and Executive Committee
Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years hotel management experience in a similar organisation
Good understanding of the market and ability to utilise all opportunities
Ability to make and execute decisions to keep property moving forward
A high level of integrity and ethical standards
