Duties and Responsibilities
Achieve brand and hotel positioning objectives locally and internationally through PR and Marcom activities.
Develop and follow through in Marcom activities and be responsible to produce promotional materials, press kits, and media coverage.
Possess a strong knowledge of e-commerce, mass communication, creative copywriting, and writing skills to effectively communicate the hotel’s message across various channels.
Demonstrate the ability to work independently and thrive in a high-pressure environment, effectively managing multiple projects and priorities.
Articulate hotel’s desired image, position and assure consistent communication of image and position throughout hotel both internal and external.
Collaborate with internal departments, such as Sales, Revenue Management and Food & Beverage, to align marketing and communication strategies with business goals and objectives.
Maintain relationships with key media outlets, industry influencers, and other relevant stakeholders to leverage promotional opportunities and enhance brand visibility.
Assist in organizing and coordinating events, such as product launches, press conferences, trade shows, and corporate functions, to support marketing initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field.
3 to 5 years proven work experience in marketing, communications, or public relations roles, preferably within the hospitality industry. Experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity is desirable.
Ability to handle and market non halal Chinese restaurant
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, social media management, and content creation.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
A strong network of PR and media contacts would be highly advantageous.
