¿Cuáles serán tus principales funciones?
Ofrecer a los huéspedes información clara y completa sobre los servicios e instalaciones del Hotel.
Atención telefónica de las peticiones de Room Service de los huéspedes y seguimiento del servicio ofrecido.
Ser el punto de información interno que comunica unos departamentos con otros dentro del hotel, facilitando información y solventando cualquier petición.
Seguimiento telefónico de los clientes VIP´s.
Coordinación de las peticiones de reservas por parte de los huéspedes de los diferentes restaurantes del hotel en almuerzos y cenas.

¿Qué buscamos?
Experiencia mínima de 1 año en un puesto de similares características, ya sea en Departamento de Recepción o bien en Guest Service.
Formación acorde al puesto
Inglés nivel alto. Se valorará un tercer idioma.
Habilidades informáticas, conocimiento del paquete office.
Valorable conocimiento de Ópera
