We’re pleased to have additional full-time, on-site Marketing Assistant opportunities based in the city. These entry-level roles are suitable for marketing graduates, career changers, or simply those with an interest in marketing and a general understanding of consumer behavior.

We’re looking to get people started as soon as possible because we’re experiencing high demand for our marketing services from our existing clients. We’re also looking to branch out into another location this year, so we’ll need to staff both locations rapidly.

Marketing Assistants that produce consistent results and demonstrate strong leadership abilities will have the opportunity to advance into more senior roles involving recruitment, finance, team leadership, and eventually business management.

Marketing Assistants will be actively involved in:

Brainstorming sessions to discuss creative ways to attract attention from consumers
Setting up branded marketing displays, kiosks, pop-up events, retail promotions, etc
Speaking with local consumers to determine their thoughts and feelings about a brand
Asking relevant questions to shoppers to determine if they qualify and are interested
Promoting specific products/services/causes and completing digital sales transactions
Breaking the ice and building rapport with customers to ensure quality/longevity
Using stories and examples to relate to customers and elevate their concerns

We run daily product-training workshops to ensure you have a full understanding of how to explain our client’s products and services to their potential customers. We also provide ongoing guidance and advice for those looking to grow both personally and professionally.

Marketing Assistants Need To Be:

Over the age of 18
Eligible to work in the USA
Able to commute to Downtown New York
Prepared to interview & start within 2 weeks

Applicants Should Also Be:

Interested in the marketing industry and looking to learn new skills
Comfortable working with customers in a face-to-face setting
Somewhat competitive, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
Willing to overcome challenges and expand their comfort zones
Capable of working well independently and as part of a team
Able to work full-time hours and travel occasionally
