Spa Concierge

Responsibilities

Handle Spa and Wellness reservations and enquiries
Provide treatment and product recommendations
Perform cashier duties at the spa reception
Responsible for Spa reception operation, handle opening and closing
Handle reports and administration duties
Requirements

1-2 years of relevant guest services experience in hotel or luxury hospitality services, fresh graduate will be considered
Fluent in both written and spoken English, knowledge of Mandarin will be an advantage
Good communication skills
Willing to work for shift duties
