Responsibilities
Maintain the cleanliness of the entire spa in particular changing room, heat facilities, toilets, showers, relaxation areas, fitness centre, Yoga and Pilates rooms and spa suites
Ensure a high standard of service
Maintain inventory of supplies for the operation of spa
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in customer service/hospitality or spa industry
Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Good interpersonal skills and service oriented
