Responsibilities
Handle tray and trolley set up according to hotel’s standards
Deliver food & beverage items and amenities to guest rooms in a timely manner
Ensure high satisfaction level by checking products quality and obtaining guests’ feedback
Communicate with Superior for any guests’ complaints and comments
Offer help to colleagues by rotating to different sections as assigned
Requirements
1-year relevant experience in F&B or hotel industry
Experience in In-room dining or sizeable hotels is an advantage
Good time management, service-orientated and able to work independently
A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Cantonese and English. Mandarin is an advantage
