Job Summary
Be responsible for the general supervision of the Chinese kitchen outlet
Ensure the high standard of all food preparation, service and hygiene in his respective Kitchen, according to the standards required by the Management.
Be contantly, physically involved in all phases of the daily operation requirements, maximize productivity and maintaining harmony among all food production employees
We Are Looking For Someone Who

Must have experience as an Executive Chinese Chef
Graduate in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management
Candidate must specialize in Cantonese cuisine; background in Huaiyang and Sichuan cuisines, a plus
Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin or Cantonese
Proficient in computer applications
