About the job
As a Hotel and Villa Manager, your primary job responsibilities will include:
Increasing commercial performance of existing hotel and villa partnerships through robust marketing and support in a style that is consistent with the FROSCH brand
Improving and maintaining the quality of FROSCH preferred hotels and villas
Establishing and proactively engaging FROSCH customer segments and key internal departments to positively influence the portfolio’s performance
Analyzing and understanding customer demand and ensuring we have all resources needed to successfully meet that demand
Creating and reviewing hotel and villa content for a wide variety of marketing deliverables
Negotiating hotel and villa memberships for our existing programs
Required Qualifications, Skills, And Capabilities
High level of commercial acumen
At least two years of marketing experience, preferably within luxury travel
Ability to work on a fast-paced team, balancing and organizing a busy workload, multiple projects & meetings
Strong communication (written and oral) skills
Attention to detail and exemplary follow-up
Familiarity with Google Drive, Microsoft Office (spreadsheet proficiency is a must), and quick adoption of new databases and systems
Proficient in Photoshop and Adobe InDesign and Sabre preferred
