In this role you will manage all aspects of clients’ travel from initial request to completion while utilizing company services and resources, selecting appropriate vendors, anticipating clients’ travel needs, and establishing customer rapport.

This position requires a self-starter, customer service-oriented individual that is passionate to succeed and willing to learn more about the travel industry.

Job Responsibilities

Arrange all elements of travel from initial request to completion for all clients
Provide best in class customer service that exceeds clients’ expectations
Project positive attitude with high energy, diplomacy, and creativity in work strategies
Facilitate client support with a high degree of initiative, confidentiality, and professional demeanor
Develop relationships with clients to improve the overall service level
Immersion and/or specialization into travel mediums or destinations via digital learning, travel-related social functions, and destination trips
Participate in operational projects, training, and functions as appointed by manager
Providing support and customer service with a high degree of initiative, confidentiality, and professional demeanor
Creating correspondence, forms, and other documentation in Microsoft Office
Arrange all appropriate segments of travel including car, hotel, air and rail
Communicate FROSCH’s operating standards to suppliers appointed to specific arrangements.
Prepare and distribute clients’ travel documents
Utilize FROSCH and authorized vendor technologies to manage client profiles, documents, policies, unused ticket management, compliance and savings documentation

 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
Prior experience within Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or other related industries
Prior, extensive experience in positions that incorporate customer service, sales, and strong communication skills
Ability to learn quickly and exceed client expectations
Meticulous attention to detail
Ability to work cohesively with a team to ensure worldwide coverage for clients
Ability to meet customer needs on a global scale
Ability to work under pressure and meet specific deadlines
Strong sense of urgency as well as ability to adapt to change as needed

 

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

Expertise in sales, customer service, and multi-tasking
Current, experience of domestic and international airports, domestic and international cities, and travel destinations
Expertise of hotel, airline, car, resort, and other vendors as they pertain to travel
Advanced ability utilizing modern telephones and telephone functions, specifically voice over IP telephones
Competency with social media and other digital mediums to promote, gain, and retain clientele
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Windows operating system
Novice proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Advanced recordkeeping and mathematical skills
Preferred recent experience as a Travel Consultant/Agent or an equivalent position which arranged all or some elements of domestic and/or international leisure travel from initial request to completion
