Your day to day

The secret ingredient in every single dish served in our restaurants is a pinch of hard work behind the scenes. We’re looking for a Kitchen Porter to help our chefs make every dish memorable by setting and maintaining exceptional standards in our kitchens.

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
Cleaning and sterilizing countertops, walls, stoves, ovens, grills, sinks, and cooking equipment
Maintaining food storage areas like freezers and refrigerators
Receiving and organizing deliveries to the kitchen
Supporting the kitchen staff in basic food preparation, cutting, peeling, and washing
Removing kitchen waste and washing dirty dishes

What We Need From You
Passion for delivering great service
Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter, or Prep Chef
Experience working in a busy kitchen environment and working to deadlines
Willingness to learn new things and work as part of a wider hotel team
