The Paid Media Manager is responsible to lead key marketing initiatives across our paid digital channels to support all Genting Americas East properties and platforms. This individual will manage paid search, paid social, and video advertising campaigns alongside internal stakeholders and agency partners. The candidate will support marketing initiatives with attention to optimization and performance. This role requires strong critical thinking, organizational skills, high attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to work on multiple properties and initiatives simultaneously.
Essential Duties
Execute, manage and continuously optimize all paid search and paid social campaigns
Possesses an understanding of paid search and paid social campaign management and optimization practices across Meta, Google, Microsoft Ads, and additional social media channels as needed.
Monitors the latest trends in SEM and paid social including advertising formats, channels, and technologies in order to improve campaign performance and provide recommendations on how clients can best leverage new tools and services
Compile data across several search platforms and create weekly/monthly reports, including analysis for insights, optimizations, and future strategy development
Demonstrates strategic insight to develop long term execution plans from stated business objectives and implement those plans
Displays organizational capabilities to track progress, execution, and consistency of advertising campaigns
Demonstrates understanding of and ability to facilitate and manage forecasting, budgeting, and pacing, campaign creation, and optimization
Explore and experiment with new digital marketing opportunities
Work with all team members to develop a strong base marketing plan and budget coordinating all resources and information.
Demonstrate and provide outstanding customer and employee relations at all times.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy and procedure manuals, maintenance instructions, and other related documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries from other employees or guests. Fluency in English required a second language a plus. Ability to write detailed instructions and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations.
Mathematical Skills & Reasoning Ability:
Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations. Ability to decipher various reports and maintain reports upon request.

The noise level in the work environment is typically moderate. When on the casino, kitchen, restaurant or property floor or some back of house areas, the noise level increases to loud. Must be able to interact with internal and external guests in a professional manner.
Due to the unpredictable nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry, Team Members must be able to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property.
Work/Educational Experience
Must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school or equivalent diploma, and have the ability to obtain the appropriate license pursuant to the New York State Lottery regulations.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field AND three (3) years experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns in a Management position
Agency experience is a plus
Experience with display, video advertising, and podcast advertising is a plus.
Strong program management and organizational skills being able to manage multiple projects at once
Strong communication skills
A desire to learn more, experiment, and test to achieve the best results
Confident in analyzing and acting on marketing data
