Resorts World is seeking a Communications Manager to develop and execute communications strategies across all properties, ensuring consistent messaging and brand representation. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with various teams, including HR, PR, Communications, Food & Beverage, and a variety of operating departments to create compelling content for both internal and external audiences. Additionally, the Manager of Communications will coordinate graphic design capabilities with internal Marketing teams to deploy engaging content across various mediums.

Essential Duties
Develop and execute cross-property communication strategies that align with company goals and values
Manage the organization’s internal communication channels, including newsletters, memos, and intranet, ensuring that employees are informed and engaged.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all communication efforts are aligned with business objectives and priorities.
Coordinate graphic design capabilities and ensure consistent branding across all communication channels
Work with internal and external partners to deploy and track content across various mediums, including company websites & apps, digital TV networks, social media channels, partner websites, and other communication mediums
Monitor performance metrics and provide recommendations based on findings to enhance communication strategies
Manage special projects as assigned by supervisor
Perform copywriting, editing, and proofing of marketing materials, web content, social media posts, blogs, and communications where necessary

Position Specific Competencies/ Skills:
Strong knowledge of HR, PR, Communications, and business operations
Understanding of website optimization strategies to include SEO and SEM
Ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining a constant level of high quality
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to work with/for multiple employees and meet deadlines
Proficient understanding of graphic design and digital content creation

Work/Educational Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field with 3+ years of experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience developing and implementing communication strategies.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficient understanding of graphic design and branding

Working Conditions:
Work is normally performed in an interior resort casino environment
Must be able to stand, walk, and move through all areas of the resort
Must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, casino environment and effectively deal with customers, management, employees, and members of the business community in all situations
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
