Seeking a Cluster General Manager to oversee beach properties in Fujairah.

Responsibilities:

Manage multiple beach properties, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Develop strategies to increase revenue, improve guest satisfaction, and meet financial targets.
Establish processes, policies, and standards for high-quality services and efficiency.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and innovation.
Oversee and optimize the entire guest experience, from reservations to on-site services.
Create a framework to address family business challenges and drive positive change.
Requirements:

Resorts most visited international customers are: British, South African and French.
Leadership experience in beach resort or hospitality industry with a focus on guest experiences.
Diverse background in various industries, understanding family business dynamics.
Skilled in driving change while respecting traditional values.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with current beach resort industry trends and best practices.
Experience in developing and implementing operational strategies for financial goals.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. (Min 3 languages spoken)
Salary Package:

Basic Salary range: AED 18,000 to 22,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
Allowance: AED 2,000 per month.
Accommodation + Food provided inside hotel
