As a leading hotel in the luxury market, Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills is looking for a Personal Concierge to join the Front Office Team!
This Forbes 5-Star hotel has 170 rooms, an award-winning Forbes 5-Star Spa, 6,300 square feet of banquet space, and 4 food and beverage outlets. This includes 2 Jean-Georges concepted restaurants, lobby lounge, and in-room dining.
The ideal candidate will be a team player who thrives in a luxury, high-volume environment with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a passion for creating unforgettable experiences. At least two (2) of prior customer service experience with a background in serving high-end, VIP clientele is required. Prior experience with Forbes service standards and being multi-lingual are a plus.
Classification: Full-Time
Shift: Various – full availability to include days, nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays is required.

What will I be doing?
As a Personal Concierge, you will administer and supervise all True Waldorf Service (TWS) arrivals in order to achieve an authentic and unique service experience for our guests by providing the highest levels of courtesy, professionalism and unparalleled service. This position acts as a first impression of Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts by contacting guests prior to their arrival, ascertaining their needs and preparing for their stay. This includes but is not limited to:
Provide guests with a stay experience that is customized to their needs, while creating a sense of “we’ve been expecting you.”
Meet and greet all TWS guests upon arrival.
Handle guest check-in, concierge services, luggage assistance, door assistance, unpacking service, welcome beverage and fulfilling other guest requests as required.
This position represents the highest level of service by combining instincts and expertise to ensure luxury through True Waldorf Service.

Pay Range: The hourly rate is $30.10 per hour and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
