YOUR FUTURE WORK TEAM

Reporting to the Executive Chef, the incumbent of this position is responsible for offering customers quality products by setting up, preparing and assembling the dishes that will be served.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure a tasty and visual quality of the dishes served
Prepare, cook, process food using simple and specialized methods and techniques;
Perform the operations of picking, peeling, washing and trimming food;
Perform food segmentation, assembly and packaging;
Carry out the set-up, preparation and assembly of the dishes served;
Ensure the cleanliness of its work area of equipment and furniture;
Ensure the rotation and proper preservation of food;
Respect hygiene laws and regulations;
Respect the quality standards established in its sector of activity;
The tasks mentioned above are not restrictive; Other tasks related to or consistent with his/her capabilities, as required, may be assigned.
Ensure the application of established safety rules;
Adopt safe work practices and wear mandatory safety equipment
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Diploma of Vocational Studies in Institutional Cooking
Two years of relevant experience in the restaurant industry
Good knowledge of culinary techniques
Ability to work in a team
Autonomy
Adaptability
Sense of responsibility
Concern for quality and efficiency of work
Sense of organization
Ability to work under pressure
Be able to work standing for a period of 5 hours
