Four Seasons Hotel Prague is looking for a talented Guest Services Agent (Bellman).
About You And The Job
You will be ideally a professional who is warm, hospitable, organized, driven with a great communication style appealing to our guests and employees. You will provide the guests with a full-service arrival and departure experience. You will be welcoming all incoming and outgoing guests, assist with luggage, safely park guest vehicle in hotel or local garage and make necessary deliveries and pick-ups to and from guest rooms. Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer service and satisfaction.
About The Expected Responsibilities In Detail
Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, and whenever possible accommodating special requests or assist in resolving customer complaints.
Opens doors of hotel entrance or cars. Greets all arriving guests or passing by the lobby. Offers direct assistance or escorts guests to the front desk with introduction to the Front Desk Agent.
Parks arriving and retrieves departing guest’s vehicles safely while adhering to all company and government traffic regulations and Garage Parking Policy. Assesses any damage and clearly note damage on claim ticket along with location of parked vehicle.
Loads or unloads luggage from car safely.
Delivers and picks up luggage, items or package to and from guests’ room and maintain detailed records of all deliveries, pick up or stored items.

Maintains smooth and efficient run of daily operations in his respective areas inclusive of a smooth flow of traffic on the drive way by directing guests’ cars and taxis to the appropriate positions.
Works closely with the concierge team assisting guests on using our limousine service, booking taxis and maintains proper records of transportation logs.
Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on an insightful local knowledge and hotel practices.
Ensures the equipment (trolleys, wheelchairs, strollers etc.) is always in a good shape and properly maintained.
Provides a high level of cleanliness on the driveway, entrance and storage.
Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers, supervisors, and outside contacts.
During the night shifts ensures corrects posting of parking, deliveries and porterage charges.
Qualifications
Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Excellent communication skills and command of the English language
Ability to communicate in Czech language.
The ability to lift and push at least 25kg.
Ability to use IT systems including HotSOS and provide basic assistance with all systems for guests including Internet.
Has a guest centric attitude, warm welcoming smile and be knowledgeable about the local area.
Flexibility in terms of scheduling and the ability to work all shifts inclusive night shifts, weekends and holidays.
Driving license and ability to drive and park all types of cars (Up to 3.5 tons).
What To Expect
This position is offered for a definite period of time of 12 months with a possible unlimited extension based on your performance. Your trial period will be 3 months. Feedback is key; therefore, you will be asked to give your feedback on a regular basis and you will also have an informal chat with your manager and trainer.
