Welcome to Four Seasons Hotel Milano, a legendary sanctuary within Milan’s Quadrilatero della Moda – the luxury fashion district.

Opened in 1993, the Hotel was the company’s second property in Europe. A 15th-century convent turned sophisticated garden retreat, the Hotel’s meticulous restoration subtly incorporates historic references into its timeless style. Fragments of frescoes, a beautiful emblem of the building’s sanctified past, create a meditative backdrop for relaxed elegant interiors with classic architectural flourishes.

The Role of Demi Chef De Rang at Zelo Restaurant:

We currently have an opportunity for a Demi Chef De Rang at Zelo Restaurant to join our iconic hotel, Four Seasons Milano in Italy!

Reporting into the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service, a memorable experience and attention to our guests within the Hotel and at the Restaurant. Your responsibilities will include: assisting the Chef de Rang, serving of food, presenting drinks and wines, set-up and clearing of china, glass, and silver as attend to guest needs and requests, being highly visible in the operation, providing an expertly service experience, clearing and resetting tables according to standards and respecting the Hygiene standards applied in the Bar as per HACCP system.

Our ideal Demi Chef De Rang at Zelo Restaurant candidate will have:

Food service experience in luxury hotels and/or stand-alone bar, restaurant or restaurant groups, preferably in the same position and international experience would be an asset.

You should have attention to detail, strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, the ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills, be a team player and bring your personal touch and energy to our guest experiences.  We are looking for a special individual who shares our passion for excellence and who delights in the magic of curating special experiences and memories for our guests.

The candidate must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.

You must possess the legal right to work in Italy and have fluency in English and Italian.
