Skillful curatorship – “curadoria” in Portuguese – lies at the heart of CURA, the hotel’s new restaurant where young Michelin-starred Chef and head culinary curator Pedro Pena Bastos selects his ingredients as meticulously as an artist chooses his paints, drawing from Lisbon’s rich regional palette of seasonal ingredients to create artisanal dishes of great depth, taste and meaning.
The most recent project- an outdoor swimming pool and bar with under-water music. The Hotel’s new pool area is a sophisticated oasis perfect for enjoying and relaxing dip with a refreshing drink. The Pool Bar’s menu offers a good selection of food, petiscos, drinks and Lisbon-inspired cocktails.

What Will Be Your Main Responsibilities And Duties
Responsible for greeting all guests;
Answering phone calls, assisting guests with questions regarding the spa treatments and products;
Booking all appointments, checking the guest into the computer system and charging for services performed;
You will be scheduling appointments and forwarding relevant information ensuring all guests experience pure peace and relaxation;
You will be describing our Spa Treatment Menu and making recommendations to our guests for treatments and home care products, while responding to a wide variety of guest requests, adding your personal recommendations and ensuring our guests receive the highest levels of service excellence.
What You Will Bring To Us
Spa Receptionist experience in a luxury spa and fitness environment appreciated;
Excellent communication and organization skills;
Previous customer experience and ability to work effectively under pressure;
Attention to detail and problem solving skills;
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload;
The candidate must hold the required authorization to work in an European country;
Reading, writing and oral proficiency both in Portuguese and English.
