Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is searching for a Purchasing Storeroom Clerk.

The storeroom clerk will check all incoming goods against delivery invoices, food specifications and purchase records to ensure that the type, amount, price and quality of items charged and ordered are correct and maintain safe, sanitary and organized storage of all items.

REQUIREMENTS: 

1. Must have a commitment to follow all Four Seasons policies and procedures, as they relate to the Purchasing Department.

2. Must be able to work in a safe, prudent and organized manner and be able to promote team work.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS: 

1.             Issue, store, price and rotate all incoming merchandise for the hotel.

2.             Ensure that all requisitions are filled on a timely basis in accordance with storeroom hours and outlet request.

3.             Price all necessary Food & Beverage requisitions.

4.             Work together closely with receiving to ensure a smooth exchange from receiving to storage.

5.             Ensure that all goods received are stored in their proper areas at all times.

6.          Ensure that all incoming meat is tagged and priced correctly.

7.          Ensure that all storerooms are locked when unattended.

8.          Maintain perpetual inventory records for all liquor and wine on current basis.

9.          Ensure all goods are stocked in designated areas.

10.          Remove meat tags upon issuing and attach to requisitions.

11          Ensure all beverage requisitions are handled as per established procedures.

12          Assist in all daily, weekly, month end, or quarterly inventories as needed.

13          Conduct self in a professional manner at all times to reflect the high standards of Four Seasons Hotels.

14           Communicate daily with all the team on any related issue due to shortage of items or any other concern to the employee

15          Perform any additional duties as assigned. (receiving, computer duties)

16.          Follow daily cleaning schedule.

Four Seasons Orlando is seeking candidates who have at least 1 year experience, and who already possess legal work authorization for employment in the United States. Must be able to read, write and show oral proficiency in the English language.
