Currently offering a $3000 bonus to those who qualify!

Upon the completion of your first 90 days from the effective date, you will be awarded a one-time bonus of $1500 on your regular pay check.

Following, the completion of your 6 months, you will be awarded a second one-time bonus of $1500 on your regular pay check.

Who We Look For: 
We are looking for an individual who can provide culinary support in at our outdoor poolside restaurant, PB&G, inspired by local waters, vegetation and farms of the south, with familiar favorites and southern comforts.

Responsibilities: 
Primarily work with the hot station (I.e. meat temperatures, cooking steaks, chicken, in depth prep of warm items, etc.)
Build inventory lists, as well as strategic overview of preparation for the specific outlet
Rotate among different outlets depending on occupancy, events, and overall need of the resort

Minimum Qualifications: 
2 years of culinary experience
Prior experience with a grill, sauté, and knowledge of advanced knife cuts are required
Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, large team environment

A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
