We have anexciting opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join our highly successful teamhere at Covent Garden Hotel. To be successful in this role you will need to beconfident in kitchen operations and have experience working in a highpressurised and busy environment.

We arelooking for someone who is passionate about food and will work well within adynamic and fast paced operation, assisting with the order of service forbreakfast lunch or dinner.

What You Need

Experience in the same or similar role
Demonstrate excellent attention to detail
Passionate about food
To be able to supervise a small team
Monitor stock and ordering within your section
Organisational and Communication Skills
Ability to work within a team
