Summary Of Responsibilities

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 

Consistently delivering professional, friendly, and engaging service
Leading and supervising the Reception and Transportation teams while upholding all service standards
Handling Owner and Guest concerns with urgency and care, documenting issues and notifying the appropriate departments
Attending regularly scheduled departmental meetings
Assigning daily tasks based on operational needs and workflow
Balancing operational, administrative, and Colleague needs
Assisting Owners and Guests with hotel information and services in an informative, helpful manner
Coordinating Owner and Guest arrival and departure schedules
Managing daily transportation logistics
Serving as Manager on Duty as assigned
Following departmental policies, procedures, and service standards
Adhering to all safety policies
Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications:

 

Valid Driver’s License in good standing required
Previous experience in guest services department preferred
Previous Property Management System experience preferred
Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required
University/College degree in a related discipline an asset
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Highly responsible & reliable
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):

 

Frequent standing and walking throughout shift
Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps

Additional Information

Visa Requirements: Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the USA. We are unable to sponsor work visas.

Starting hourly wage: $22.62/hr
