The candidate will form part of the ODIGEO Media Services team in a strong growth environment. Reporting to the  Head of Media Services the Buisness Development Manager will be in charge of business development and creation of new accounts in the Spanish market by executing the strategies outlined by the company. His mission will be to achieve the annual revenue targets for the market and contribute to the achievement of the Global Media Sales Budget.

What you will do:

Identify and develop her/his portfolio of Tourism Boards and DMOs advertisers and as well Media Agency partners.
Maintain and make grow own client portfolio establishing long term relations which can  increase customers’ investment in eDreams ODIGEO’s brands.
Monetize the audience of our sites by optimizing all revenue streams: Premium display formats, Audience extension, Data, Content and traditional media solutions.
Design and plan destination marketing campaigns based on the identified needs of potential customers.
Create customized post-campaigns reports clearly showing the value of the partnership
Understand clients KPIs and ensure delivery of these expectations.
Look after the results of the campaign and the performance of the clients based on the identified needs to be monitored. Sales performance optimization focused on ROI orientation.
Attend the most relevant travel & digital marketing events in tourism.
Achieve all sales performance metrics in order to build and convert a strong sales pipeline.
Ensure accurate and daily use of Salesforce.
Who you are:

Minimum 3 years of sales management experience either in the online advertising market or Airline industry.
University degree related to Business/Tourism and Marketing, Advertising or E-Commerce or equivalent experience.
High level understanding of any Advertising technologies (such as DFP, ADX).
Perfect knowledge of the different ad models: CPC, CPM, CPA, etc.
Ability to analyse and draw meaningful and actionable insights from data.
As an individual you must be proactive, results driven and with a high level of client relationship management.
Must have a positive, can do attitude.
Strong negotiation skills.
A self starter who takes plenty initiative.

Spanish native and English advanced.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Team player.
