We are expanding quickly and now enhancing People & Culture capacity in Hong Kong to support our growth. The ideal candidate will assist in building the Dash Living workforce and administrate Compensation & Benefits into Hong Kong. We are looking for a resilient, energetic and passionate HR talent with experience to provide end-to-end people operations services.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Manage a full spectrum of C&B functions, including monthly payroll processing, MPF administration, filing of employer tax returns, general insurance (medical, dental, travel, life and employee compensation) to comply statutory compliance
Participate in Benefits review and renewal process for enhancing employee experience
Accurately manage and maintain the integrity of our employee data in people management system
Support employee on-board and off-board procedure to cover whole employee journey to maintain a highly motivated and engaged workforce
Assist to identify potential employee-relations issues and make recommendations to P&C Manager
Maintain general office operations
Support in the coordination of all staff events, eg. Spring Dinner, Christmas Party, Team Building activities, Training logistics set up, etc.
Other ad hoc tasks as required by direct manager
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
3 to 5 years’ experience in HR function with experience in hospitality industry is a plus
A post secondary diploma, degree or certificate in Human Resources Management or related field
Knowledge of HRIS and experience is a plus
Well versed in Hong Kong’s employment laws and related regulations
People-oriented, growth mindset and proactive working attitude
Able to adapt to changes and work collaboratively as well as independently
Skilled in prioritizing and organizing tasks
Skilled in communicating and presenting effectively with all levels of employees
Proficiency in G Suites/ MS office
Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
