Community Specialist


Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and maintain high guest satisfaction throughout their stay
Focal point for guest inquiries, traffics & reservations
Coordinate guest service-related issues such as maintenance, reservations
and housekeeping with other community team members
Shift duty is required (Saturday & Sunday included)
Other ad hoc tasks as required by the direct manager

A minimum of 2 years working experience in guest service/ concierge/ hospitality sectors
Higher diploma/ Professional Certificate or above in Hospitality and Tourism Studies
Adapt to change and able to work in a fast-paced environment
An eager to link up with different people and organise community activities
Good communication skills, interpersonal skills, and a sense of humour is a plus
Proficiency in English and Cantonese. Mandarin is a plus
Fresh graduates are welcomed
