What You’ll Be Doing

Production Lead

Sunday – Thursday – 40 hours

We have an exciting opportunity for a strong Production Lead to head up the team in this prestigious high-volume central production unit based in London making over 1500 meals.

You will be a key member of the Senior Management team leading a team of 6 and your main responsibility will be to develop the business and drive it forward through excellent food, service, and standards.

Our food is crafted onsite by passionate people using the best ingredients and we know that a balanced, plant focused, natural, fresh and sustainable menu will increase the productivity of our customers and keep them motivated and happy whilst at work.

More About The Role

Key responsibilities will include:
Ensuring all HACCP and Food Alert processes are followed and adhered to including food safety accountability
Run all production for the contracts. Hands on cooking of world food dishes for 2 contracts.
Ensure your team is compliant with quality standards
