JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with, and lead, all food & beverage teams of the hotel: banquets, catering, bar, and in the kitchen.

YOUR ROLE

Manage service staff at restaurant, bar
Optimize guest satisfaction with regards to service
Participate to coaching and training staff reflecting Groupe Germain service standards
Provide guidance and support to the Servers
Schedule staff according to forecasts
Maintain inventories and ensure equipment is in working order
Ensure quality levels and maintain quality standards in production, service, and guest satisfaction.
Coordinate Group and individual reservations
Maintain safe working conditions and practices
Liaise regularly with other departments
Organise food and beverage events, promotions and advertising
YOUR PROFILE

Previous supervision experience required
Knowledge of current employment laws & health and safety regulations
Proficient in English with second language an asset
