Job Description For Recruitment Manager – Monaco Hotel
As a Recruitment Manager for Monaco Hotel located on Dubai World Island, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and select highly qualified candidates for various positions within the hotel. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the hotel maintains a world-class workforce that upholds our standards of luxury and delivers unparalleled service to our discerning guests.

 

Responsibilities:

Develop recruitment strategies: Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent for the luxury hospitality industry. Utilize a mix of traditional and innovative sourcing channels, including job boards, professional networks, social media, luxury industry events, and targeted headhunting, to attract qualified candidates locally, nationally, and internationally.
Job analysis and candidate sourcing: Collaborate with department heads and senior management to conduct comprehensive job analysis, define key skills and qualifications, and create compelling job descriptions. Proactively source and attract high-caliber candidates through direct sourcing, talent mapping, networking, and industry partnerships.
Candidate screening and selection: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and potential. Coordinate and conduct in-depth interviews, including panel interviews and behavioral assessments, to evaluate candidates’ suitability for specific roles. Provide thorough feedback and recommendations to hiring managers to facilitate the selection process.
Employment branding and employer reputation: Enhance the hotel’s reputation as an employer of choice by developing and executing effective branding strategies. Promote the hotel’s unique selling points, luxury culture, employee benefits, and career development opportunities through targeted employer branding initiatives, including social media campaigns, luxury industry publications, and partnerships with prestigious organizations.
Recruitment process optimization: Continuously improve the recruitment process by implementing best practices, streamlining workflows, and leveraging technology solutions. Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruitment software to manage candidate pipelines, automate processes, and enhance overall efficiency. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative recruitment techniques to stay ahead of the competition.
Onboarding and orientation: Collaborate with HR and department heads to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. Develop and deliver comprehensive orientation programs to familiarize new employees with the hotel’s luxury standards, service expectations, brand values, policies, and procedures.
Reporting and analytics: Generate regular recruitment reports and metrics to track key performance indicators, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and candidate satisfaction. Analyze data to identify trends, optimize strategies, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including department heads, senior management, HR teams, and external recruitment partners. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, provide guidance on recruitment best practices, and ensure alignment between hiring goals and organizational objectives.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry.
In-depth knowledge of luxury hospitality standards, positions, and requirements.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems.
Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations in Dubai.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving.
Proficiency in using HR software and MS Office Suite.
Fluency in English; knowledge of French is advantageous.
