Job Description For Learning and development Executive
We are looking for an extraordinary  L&D executive for the extravagant 5-star, adults-only beach resort, Côte d’Azur. Inspired by a journey along the French Riviera, this beauty is located in the Heart of Europe, on the world islands, and is accessed by a magical 20-minute yacht ride in the pristine blue waters. Côte d’Azur Resort comprises four luxurious five-star hotels named after the picturesque coastal hotspots along the famous French Riviera: Monaco, Nice, Cannes, and St Tropez.

As an L&D Executive, The primary responsibility will be to design, implement, and manage learning and development programs within the organization. The ideal candidate collaborates with various stakeholders to identify training needs, develop strategies, and deliver effective learning solutions that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance. The Ideal candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

 

Training Needs Analysis: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements across the organization.
Learning Strategy: Develop a strategic plan for learning and development initiatives, aligning them with the organization’s goals and objectives.
Program Development: Design and develop innovative training programs, materials, and resources to address identified learning needs.
Delivery and Facilitation: Deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars using various methodologies, such as classroom training,        e-learning, blended learning, and interactive workshops.
Evaluation and Feedback: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms to measure impact and make improvements as necessary.
Learning Technologies: Stay updated with the latest trends in learning technologies and leverage them to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of training delivery.
Vendor Management: Collaborate with external training providers, consultants, and subject matter experts to leverage their expertise and resources when needed.
Talent Development: Support the implementation of talent development initiatives, including mentorship programs, career development frameworks, and succession planning.
Learning Culture: Foster a culture of continuous learning by promoting self-directed learning, knowledge sharing, and collaborative learning opportunities.
Compliance and Regulations: Ensure training programs comply with industry regulations, legal requirements, and company policies.
Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in learning and development, training, or a related field. Experience in designing and delivering training programs is highly desirable.
Knowledge: Familiarity with adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information effectively to diverse audiences.
Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills to collaborate with various stakeholders, including employees, managers, and subject matter experts.
Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct training needs assessments, analyze data, and evaluate training effectiveness.
Creativity: Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities to develop engaging and interactive learning experiences.
Organizational Skills: Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and emerging trends in learning and development.
Technology Proficiency: Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS), e-learning authoring tools, and other learning technologies.
