Who We’re Looking For

BENEFITS ADMINISTRATOR FOR OUR CORPORATE OFFICE IN BELLEVUE, WA.

What To Expect

Here are a few things that will make your days full and rewarding:
Complete benefits billing and reconciliation, process invoices and submit quarterly and annual reports.
Maintain workers comp, OSHA and incidents/injury reporting and administration.
Participate in benefit renewal process, open enrollment and company wellness program.
Manage the administration of leave of absence programs/benefits; drive timely notification, documentation, eligibility review and benefit coordination.
Ensure that development and implementation of benefits programs, policies and practices are in compliance with FMLA, HIPAA, ACA, ADA, as well as state specific programs.
Deliver consistent communication with employees and educate on available programs and benefits available.
Conduct regular audits and reviews of processes.
Maintain and implement schedule of governmental benefit filings (Form 5500, etc.).

Your Experience And Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field required.
Minimum of 5 years’ directly related full cycle benefits experience.
PHR or similar certification preferred.
Experience administering multiple plan renewal and open enrollment cycles required.
Working knowledge of HR laws, including federal, state and city ordinances.
Previous hospitality experience preferred.
Multi-state experience required.
Union experience preferred. Knowledge of best practices and processing requirements relating to leave management.
Ability to effectively articulate benefit plan options to a wide range of audiences.
Experience interpreting and communicating policy requirements.

Pay: $32.00 – $36.00 per hour
