Job Description
We are looking to appoint a Group Director of Digital, CRM and Loyalty for Australia and New Zealand at Minor Hotels.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial, this position will see you responsible for executing the overall digital marketing and e-commerce strategy for Minor Hotels, as well as managing the Minor Hotels websites in Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Driving the online focus of the company by developing and enhancing the current strategy through driving the online strategic plan for properties as required in B2C platforms, management and maintenance of B2B platforms, and working with various third part channels
Analysis of and development of key digital channels for each target customer segment in B2B and B2C including channel optimisation and channel content creation
Managing Minor Hotels websites including content development, testing, and updating
Acting as point of contact for the Minor Hotels websites for website layout and navigation, IT supervision and coordination with developers of the website and payment gateway
Driving ranking and performance through meta search engines internationally
Content management of all google accounts
Developing and driving social media strategy in coordination with Marketing and PR
Support other departments to effectively implement digital systems and achieve common KPIs
Managing, guiding and training Digital Marketers and e-commerce positions within the team.
Expected Hours: 38 per week

Location: Level 10, 316 Adelaide Street, Brisbane QLD 4000

Annual Salary: Approximately $150,000 + Super (negotiable based on experience)

Approved Sponsor: Oaks Hotels & Resorts Suites
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will require the following:

A tertiary qualification in Business or a related field
10 years of experience in digital, CRM and loyalty, with a proven track record of success in developing and growing digital and e-commerce strategy
Strong financial acumen, with experience managing the financial performance of a digital revenue budget
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Previous experience within the hospitality industry will be highly regarded
