What You’ll Be Doing

Cafe Supervisor

40 hours per week, 5 over 7 – Occasional Evenings & Weekends required

£11.30 per hour

We’re currently recruiting an ambitious Cafe Supervisor to assist with the smooth running of operations within a university campus, for our Universities sector on a full time basis.

More About The Role

Responsibilities Include:
Supporting the operations manager with continual development of SOPs
Proactively responding to customer feedback and insight
Overseeing the day to day running of 2 Cafes on campus, training and coaching staff on Barista skills, customer service, upselling and management of wastage in the units.
Scheduling staff according to business levels
Supporting the Student engagement manager with Marketing activity

Who you are:

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a busy Café, restaurant or hotel background with a key emphasis on delivering brand standards and an outstanding customer experience. They will be keen to develop and share particular experiences with the team on best industry practice.

Interest in Sustainability is desirable as we develop one of the cafes into a net zero operation
