Job Description For Office Secretary
We are looking for an Experience Office Secretary who can join immediately and willing to be assigned in Dubai Academic City.

REQUIREMENTS: At least 2 years of secretarial administrative UAE experience.

Visa type: MUST be a sponsored visa.

Office Timing: Mon-Sat : 9 AM – 6 PM

Tasks:

1. Answer phone calls and respond to emails via MS Outlook.

2. Knowledgeable in MS office suite (Word, Excel)

3. Process appointment and manage meeting room, guide suppliers and candidates to correct department

4. Consolidate/monitor employee work-related expenses.

6. Enter data related to expenses, employee records, JV, receipts.

7. Tackle administrative duties:

*Process necessary registration, renewal, employee work-related requirements

*Process, update and training applications

*Preparing documents (Employee Job Offer, Client Contracts, Quotations)

*Monitor and file all employees document validity/expiry (Passport ,Visa, Labor Card, EID) and remind the management.

8. Organize files (hard and soft copies).

9. Manage office supply inventory.

10. Schedule appointments for suppliers, vendors and candidates.

This is full time 6 days a week job and is opened only for sponsored candidate (Family visa)

 

Candidate should preferably have previous experience in a similar role with reputed hospitality organizations.
Good English communication skills
