Our client, a high profile Corporate Organisation at Heathrow Airport, is looking to recruit an experienced Hospitality Manager; a ‘foodie’ that can deliver an efficient 5 star service at all times.

More About The Role

You will be an inspirational leader with the ability to be hands-on when required, passionate about food and customer service, meticulous in achieving high standards, maintaining compliance in Food Safety and Health & Safety, taking the lead in making changes with a great eye for detail.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of food and service to meeting rooms and private dining rooms. This is a small site with 10 meeting rooms and 15+ staff

Who You Are

The person we are looking for will ensure that the highest standards are met and they will constantly look to develop and improve the customer’s experience, some of whom will include very high profile families, well-known personalities and senior members of prolific organisations in business and industry.

We are looking for a candidate who has managerial experience in hospitality service within a corporate contract caterer (fine dining essential) or similar experience in a 5-star hotel, this is a small site; hence experience within luxury hotels is a must!

You need to have excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written, immaculate presentation, be a team player with a flexible attitude to working hours.
