Job Description
TIME Grand Plaza Hotel is currently seeking passionate, dynamic, results-oriented, and guest-focused Sales professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.

As a Sales Executive (Corporates, Leisure, and MICE), he or she is responsible for maximizing revenue opportunities in the areas of group meetings, conferences, training, exhibitions, events, and travel and tour group dining by driving sales leads and developing future and repeat business and will include key responsibilities such as:

Identify potential business development opportunities and maintain a general database of potential clients/bookers.
Call, meet, and ensure effective inquiry management to achieve conversion targets set as well as effective liaison with the F&B/Restaurant team.
Full management and coordination of all relevant events from inquiry to the day of the event including contracts, function sheets, floor plans, table set-ups, design, menus, etc.
Manage and build strong relationships with customers/corporate bookers to fully understand their needs. Follow up on client feedback after each event in a timely manner ensuring any negative feedback is effectively handled.
Arrange and carry out Hotel show rounds.
Recognize opportunities to maximize revenue by upselling and offering enhancements to create a better overall event.
Participate in hotel promotional activities.
Keen negotiating skills to handle clients and ultimately close advantageous arrangements.
Self-motivator and outgoing enabling to socialize and meet with potential clients and ensure clients receive the highest level of service.
Writing skills to formulate all correspondence related to business proposals and negotiations.
Skills (Qualifications & Experiences)

· Good Word, Excel, and PowerPoint computer skills and a perfect command of English is a must

· Good account database in Dubai will be preferred.

· Valid UAE Driving License
