Primary Responsibilities主要职责

• Consistently provide professional, friendly and courteous service
• Greet guests, check-in and check-out guests, while ensuring that all service standards are met
• Provide guests with information and assistance regarding hotel facilities
• Provide appropriate service to each guest who seeks assistance at the reception desk
• Drive profit growth by recommending premium rooms to guests through upscale sales techniques
• Follow departmental policies, processes and service standards
• Follow all security policies
• Other tasks assigned by the supervisor
• 始终如一地提供专业、友好和周到的服务
• 招呼宾客、登记宾客入住和为宾客结账，同时确保达到全部服务标准
• 悉心为客人提供有关酒店设施的信息，并提供相关帮助
• 为寻求接待台帮助的每位宾客提供相应服务
• 通过升档销售技巧向宾客推荐高档客房，推动利润增长
• 遵循部门政策、流程和服务标准
• 遵循所有安全政策
• 上级主管安排的其它任务

Knowledge and Experience知识和经验

• Fluent in English (verbal and written), with other languages preferred
• Customer related experience preferred
• PMS experience preferred
• Proficiency in computer operation, especially Microsoft applications, preferred
• Must be able to type at a speed of 25 words per minute
• Must possess professional presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Highly responsible and reliable
• Ability to work well in a fast paced, high pressure environment
• Ability to work as part of a coordinated team
• Ability to focus on the needs of the guests and remain calm and courteous at all times

Your team and working environment:

Fairmont Chengdu, situated within the Palm Springs International Centre, is located in the heart of Tianfu New Area and Chengdu Hi-tech Zone and is adjacent to the Century City New International Convention & Exhibition Center, Global Center and the Tianfu Software Park. The hotel features 336 guest rooms, Willow Stream Spa, Gold Executive Floor, over 1,350 square meters of meeting facilities, and a collection of F&B concepts including an all-day-dining restaurant Spectrum, CUBE a three-floor concept – lounge, cocktail bar and restaurant, a signature Sichuan Chinese restaurant Chang Yi, and our feature restaurant MIKU occupying the top level of the hotel. The hotel opened its door on December 21, 2016.

成都棕榈泉费尔蒙酒店设有336间酒店客房，蔚柳溪水疗中心，金尊行政楼层，超过1350平方米的会议及宴会设施，以及一系列的餐饮设施，包含全日制餐厅“食百绚” ，三层楼的酒廊、鸡尾酒吧及特色餐厅“Cube”，精品川菜中餐厅“尝艺”，以及位于酒店顶层的“觅”特色餐厅。酒店已于2016年12月21日正式营业。
