Duties and Responsibilities
To build and maintain key commercial relationships with clients through key sales activities.
Identify, cultivate and develop consistently new business relationships and actively seeking out establishing new accounts.
Analyze the corporate segment performance based on volume and rate objectives to drive revenue growth
Reviews corporate account and recommends actions in terms of rates, production, and effective call-to-action measures.
Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to maximize hotel profit and secure favourable business terms
Maintains rate integrity of the hotel and maximizes revenue opportunities.
Stays update and maintain a good understanding of the market dynamics in terms of rate, business trends, other product offers and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
Performance and result-driven mindset, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong ability to prioritize workload, demonstrating organization and structured approach to sales activities.
Proactive and self-starting attitude, taking initiative and being driven to achieve sales objectives without constant supervision.
Proficiency in computer literacy, with knowledge of hotel systems being advantageous.
Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to overcome obstacles and objections to secure profitable business deals.
Ability to see challenges as opportunities and maintain a positive attitude in the face of obstacles
