Housekeeping Coordinator

Responsibilities

Co-ordinate with Floor Supervisors, Front Office, Engineering and other departments to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of Housekeeping department
Verify room status, prioritize room cleaning and distribute work assignments
Handle all guest calls, record and review guest requests to ensure they are dealt with in a timely manner
Prepare and compile reports on a regular basis as well as providing administrative support and clerical services in the Housekeeping department
Requirements

Higher diploma or above in hospitality management or related disciplines
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in luxury hotels
A good team player with positive mindset, strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attentive to details, well-organized and service-orientated
Proficient in Microsoft Office(Word and Excel) and Chinese Word Processing
Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
