Community Manager (Tenant Experience)

DESCRIPTION
In-charge of daily on-site operations and work closely with Operations and Leasing team pertaining to building management and operational matters
Attend to residents’ queries and request promptly and ensure day to day operations are well executed and above standards
Oversee cleaning and maintenance tasks assigned to vendors for new and operating properties and ensuring standards are met
Learn and oversee buildings to ensure compliance of Fire & Life Safety
Proactive with ideas on how to improve overall operations workflow, improve residents’ experience and services
Review feedback of customer satisfaction and ensure Zendesk tickets from residents’ are answered adequately and promptly
REQUIREMENTS
5-day work week (must be able to work on weekends/public holidays)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Analytic and good problem solver
Team player and able to multitask
Candidates with retail/hospitality/ front-line customer service experience will be an added advantage
