Prepare and translate detailed itineraries for clients, ensuring that all travel arrangements are executed according to the planned program.
Conduct research and development to create engaging tour packages that cater to market demand.
Identify and explore new business opportunities in the travel industry.
Develop and market innovative tour packages, both domestically and internationally, to meet customer needs.
Coordinate and make bookings for inbound and outbound tours.
Assist in devising effective marketing strategies to promote the company and increase sales.
Handle inquiries related to both inbound and outbound travel.
Contribute to writing and dispatching email marketing campaigns, as well as engaging in social media promotion and brand awareness initiatives.
Prepare regular reports, both written and computerized, as required.
Achieve sales goals set by the company.
Respond promptly, professionally, and courteously to all incoming calls.
Coordinate with the Travel Department in handling all Tours-related requests.
Occasionally accompany travel groups or provide meet and assist services to clients, if required.
Perform any other duties assigned from time to time, if they align with destination management objectives.

Possession of a Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Tour Guiding and Administration/ Travel Operations/Tourism Management from either Kenya Utalii College, The University of Nairobi, or Strathmore University.Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Travel and Tourism industry, except for Interns.
Excellent proficiency in using travel software such as computer reservations systems, Tour Plan, and e-travel platforms.
Must have knowledge of the top Travel Destinations In the world as well as Holidays.
Proficiency in English is essential, while knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
Strong sales skills with a customer-oriented approach.
Well-versed in various aspects of travel, including domestic and international destinations, business and leisure travel, and group and individual arrangements.
Ability to deliver effective presentations, persuade others, and communicate clearly.
Preference given to candidates with personal travel experience.
