As Sales Support Coordinator, you are the connection between inbound and outbound Sales. You are the backbone of the sales team, guiding sales reps through the time-consuming process of lead generation, qualification, and opportunity management.

You support the entire department with your administrative superpower.

Job Requirements

Participate on project and account teams, executing activities that support strategic account management and team-based sales models
Liaise regularly with the revenue team to ensure that activities undertaken for the hotel are increasing the hotel profit in line with the business plan.
Create a sales focus working environment by monitoring sales processes and suggest solutions.
Ensure that all activity undertaken by the teams is in line with the business plans.
Liaising with regional teams to share ideas and collaborate on special projects.
Collect data and coordinate tasks within the Salesforce system including tracking sales leads, coordinating quotes.
Oversee, plan and coordinate trainings.

What You’ll Bring
Your English is top-notch, as you’ll be helping a lot of people with different backgrounds
Strong time management skills.
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
You have a minimum 1 year of experience in sales or hotel.
