Responsibilities
Assist Sales team in handling reservations and follow up assignments, include opening of all accounts, bookings and events in the system
Prepare sales related documents throughout the sales process
Handle all guest enquiries in a professional manner
Maintain an up-to-date filing system
Perform general office support to Sales team
Requirements
Higher Diploma in Hospitality or related disciplines
1-2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a luxury hotel
Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is essential
Strong in MS Office applications
Demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills
Well organized, detail-minded, and be a team player
