Responsibilities

Be responsible for all Front Office duties including but not limited to   greeting guests, providing efficient check-in & check-out service, handling billings and payments as well as delivering quality room orientation
Handle guest enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Handle administrative tasks such as updating guest profiles and preparing regular reports
Assist to execute the guest recognition programme and drive enrolment
Be attentive to guest needs throughout their stays and provide assistance proactively
Requirements

Degree holder in hospitality management or other related disciplines
Minimum 1 year’s relevant working experience in luxury hotels
Passionate about delivering exceptional guest service
Pleasant, dynamic, service-orientated, a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin), knowledge of other languages would be an advantage
