What will I be doing?

As Executive Lounge Hostess, you will comfort executive Guests throughout their stay at the hotel by responding efficiently to their enquiries, offering advice and providing information as requested. An Executive Lounge Hostess contributes to the first impressions of our Guests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

Welcome all guests and assist them throughout their visit in the lounge.
Organize the buffet and prepare orders from the guests.
Recognize our loyal guests and make sure they leave satisfied.
Provide information about the hotel and the city.
Use the HEART model to independently solve complaints and log complaints in the system as service recoveries.
Make sure the lounge is always clean and tidy.
Keep track of the product stock.

What are we looking for?

Executive Lounge Hosts serving Hilton brands are always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, we are looking for someone with the following skillset:

Previous Front Office experience in the hotel, leisure or retail sector
Calm, efficient and organised
Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
A passion for delivering exceptional levels of Guest service

It would be beneficial in this position if the following also describes you:

Previous experience in Executive Lounge in a hotel environment
Familiar with the city of Rotterdam and all it has to offer
Multi-lingual
